Training the Chatbot is Mandatory Before Use

To ensure optimal performance, Kipps AI chatbot requires training on your data before it can be used or tested.

Step 1: Upload Data

To train the chatbot, you need to upload relevant data. You can choose from the following sources:

• Your website data
• PDF files
• Notion documents
• FAQs or other formats (using the QnA or Text data sources)

Step 2: Train the Chatbot

Once your data is uploaded, click the "Train chatbot" button to start the training process.

Step 3: Troubleshooting

If the chatbot is still not functional after training, try refreshing the page before testing again.
